No.a giant leap for ME-kind, esp the EZ x-fades & POW-r dither. I used Masterlist CD for almost a decade until a few years ago when I found WaveBurner, that was a quantum leap forward. I've already ordererd the WaveBurner Update, so I'll do exhaustive tests on that, and post some results. I'll surely be getting that one, I hear the Sonic DDP is good too, have you used that one? I'm a twenty year Mac 'power' user, and I'm not switching to PC. Like many, I'm ready to leave OS9 behind and work only in OSX.dual booting is getting to be a real pain in the arse! Question: Has anyone gotten the WaveBurner OSX 7.1 update, has Apple fixed it? Is it usable, any bugs, how's the sound, CD-Text, ISRC codes, etc.

Apple released it before it was ready, full of dangerous bugs, and not even beta!Īnd only available as part of the Logic package is ridiculous. Like many, I was sorely disappointed in the initial release of WaveBurner OSX. I've used it on around a thousand CD projects in the last 3 years. The ease of editing & the sound of POW-r dither is in a word.
